This is a photo of my father, Michael Kratz taken after World War 2 in Germany.At this time he was living in one of the displaced persons camps.He and other family members had gone back to their home in Carpathia but they all decided to make a new life in a new land.The family ended up around the World and my father settled in the good old USA around Boston, Massachusetts.
